Processing

All products are ready to ship, and will be processed within 1-2 business days of order placement.

Shipping 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs range depending on ordered merchandise, $1.50-$5.00.

We are not responsible for packages that have been mis-delivered due to incorrect information provided by purchaser. 

Please double check your address at checkout. No refunds or replacement orders will be given if the order contains incorrect shipping information. 

Delivery Times

• US customers can expect to receive their orders 1-3 days after shipping.
• International customers can expect to receive their orders 7-14 days after shipping.

Returns:

**All Sales are final**

Returns will only be accepted where your order has been damaged in transit due to a packaging error on our part.

If there is an issue with your order please contact info@shopyougogirl.com immediately with your order number and any additional details and we will be touch as soon as possible to try and rectify the issue.

Refunds will only be processed for defective items once they have been returned to us.
